Recover neet lost application number - Click on “Forgot Application No?” which is placed at bottom right corner of screen then you can navigate at https://testservices.nic.in/neet2021/ForgotPassword/ForgetRegistration.aspx.
- Now enter Candidate Name, Father’s Name , Mother’s Name and Date of Birth as per the 10th Marksheet , then fill Captcha / security pin
- after entered all details click on “Get Application Number” button -> application number shown in a message box.
